Rav Eisenstadt studied at the Yeshiva of Minsk. It is unclear if Rav the attended Rav Shlomo Glovenchitz yeshiva in Minsk, the same yeshiva that Rav Aaron Kotler and Rav Reuven Grozovsky attended. The Rav was a descendant of Rav Meir Eisenstadt (1670-1744) also known as the Panim Me’irot after his major work called Shu”t Panim Me’irot.
