Please help identify the rabbonim / lay leaders in this picture. The picture appears to be taken as the torah scrolls were being moved to or from their temporary location on May 6, 1937. The sign in the back reads Temporary Headquarter of The Congregation Anshey Sfard [San Francisco, California].
