reb yaakov of monsey was sent to torah vaadas as a young boy > his son is Pinny Lipshitz editor of the yated.

There were other LIpshitz in Fall River too, including my mothers father Chaim Eliyahu Lipshitz, ( not a relative) Shimon Pepper

Does anyone know whether the bricks were added later or not. Can’t see the back of it, say, is this a mini Ohel or simply a wall of bricks? Never saw anything like this before.

I also have a full set thanks partially to Boruch A and Virtual Judaica.You can see that he was a great talmid chochom and lamdan. It’s not just an anthology. Is there anything else besides these booklets on Masechta Brochos?

Rabbi Benjamin was in Lynn and then took over for his father in Fall River. Rabbi Benjamin is the father of Rabbi Yakov of Monsey and founder of NK. The Talmud HaMeforad is not only on perek beis it is on the entire meshecta .. I have a full set. My father is a tamid of Rabbi Bejamin L. and Rabbi Avaraham appointed my grandfather as SU”B in Fall River

his son rav binyomin published in 1945 a booklet talmud mifurash on the second perek of berachos (very useful) and in the hakdama brings an interesting essay on the torah outlook on life from rav avrohom ztl

There was a Rav Yaakov b. Aaron Shlomo Lifshitz who was Rav in Malden, MA. He was niftar in 1948, is there a relation?
