Rav Felder was a big posek in Toronto. His son, Rav Aaron Felder, is a posek and a Rav in Philadelphia. One other son is a Rav in Toronto at the shul where Rav Felder was Rav and another lives in Baltimore.

His mother (Esther Lifsha) was a daughter of Rav Gedalia Schorr. Her brother was R' Avrohom Schorr, father of Rav Gedalia (R"Y Torah Vodas & BME) and Rav Yakov (Nesivos Olam/Malochim).

Behind him is his aunt Mrs. Miriam Seifer. She passed away at the age of 99/100. Unfortunately, she never had children. She helped to raise him and his sister after their mother passed away in 1924/25.
