I spoke to my cousin, who is a great-great-grandaughter of Rav Reiter and a family historian. According to her, the Rav had seven children. In order, they were:
1) Haskell, who died at age 2
2) Jacob
3) Pearl, who died young in childbirth
4) Adolph (Aharon)
5) Henry
6) Yetta
7) Miriam (Mary)
Jacob, Aharon, Yetta, Miriam, and and a number of other descendants are buried near the Rav in Union Field.

Correct the name of the shule was Mogen Avroham I will correct it. After Rav Reiter passing Rav Hillel Weiss (listed on the sight) was appointed and until its recent closing Rabbi Eliyahu Shmuel Heftler held the position. The Rav’s son Yaakov is buried along side him at Union Field.

Boruch, it should read cong. "Mogen Avrohom" (instead of Mogen Dovid). That's what it says on the stone, and also here: http://www.hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=3159&st=&pgnum=2, and here: http://www.hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=12911&st=&pgnum=6&hilite=.
