Yes, the Rebbe’s Beis Medrash – K’hal Arugas Habosem – is still open. The Rebbe’s son, Rav Shaya, shlit”a, serves as Rebbe; his great-nephew, Rav Aron Hersh, shlit”a, is the Ruv.
