The sefer is available in practically all Jewish libraries (I dont mean batei medrashim) including the NY Public Library on 42nd street and YIVO on W. 16th, and in all major universties (Haravard, Yale, Columbia etc..).

I think my great aunt sent them out to all these places when she reprinted the sefer in the 50’s.

I have looked for it there before and could never find it. Its odd because the sefer is in practically every major library in the country. Its in Harvard, Yeshiva U, Princton, New York Public Library on 42nd street etc….. Im suprised no one from that site ever found it.
