HaRav Yitzchok Halberstam A"H was my grandfather and is indeed buried in Elmont cemetery (Joshua and Madison) between his four sons, the youngest of whom - Harav Toviah Halberstam A"H was my father. Harav Yiztchok or Reb Itzhikel as he was fondly known in Boro Park had a shul on 53rd and Fort Hamilton Pkwy which is still in existence and run by the Chusta Rebbe. He wa the son of Reb Moishe miBardiyev who was the son of Reb Boruch Mi Gorlitz -son of the Divrei Chaim. My grandmother - Rebetzyn Chana (Spira) was the sister of the Bluzhever Rebbe and the Stichiner Rebetzyn. My grandfather was the only survivor of his family - he had eight siblings who all perished in the war. If you want any more info - you can contact me.
