Rav Rosenberg, an executive member of the Vaad Harabonim (Union of Orthodox Rabbis) came to the United States in 1920 from Poland. In addition, to Hartford the Rav served inĀ Springfield and Holyoke,Ā Massachusetts as well asĀ Plainfield, New Jersey. He also authored Kur Mivchan
