    My grandfather.
He was Chief Rabbi in Philly. During WWI he accompanied President Wilson to Jewish groups to sell war bonds. The Rabbi was a great orator.

    Hello,

I am looking for a biography of Rabbi Rivkind. If there is one already written it would be great to get the bibliographical information so I could access it. Otherwise, if a family member would mind getting together a few biographical facts that would be amazing.

    Thank you,

    Rivka

In some of his documents, it shows he is from the tirbe of Efrayim, if history is correct, that is a lost tribe, disperesed among gentiles, and over time, they were no longer jews. what do you all think of this? true or not true? I am so curious. I am not sure what the importance is yet. But truly interested. thank you, Shalom my brothers.

A number of Rivkinds were blue eye blondes. They did not have so called semetic features. Back in those days there was a lot of ‘mixing’. Hope this helps.

    Hi,

I’m repeating what Rivka wrote in 2011,

I am looking for a biography of Rabbi Rivkind. If there is one already written it would be great to get the bibliographical information so I could access it. Otherwise, if a family member would mind getting together a few biographical facts that would be amazing.

She got a response from Perry Rivkind on July 26, 2011.

I tried to Email Perry Rivkind. However, don’t know if she still have the same Email address, So if anyone has more information about Rabbi Rivkind It’ll be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks all,
    Moshe
