    His daughter, annette kagan karan, posted on this site, in the entry for Rabbi Yehoshua Moshe Meriminsky, who was brother in law to Rav Shlomo Kagan, about two years ago.

    Rav Shlomo was a grandson of the Chofetz Chaim. His mother, Gitel, was a daughter of the Ch”Ch.

    rabbi kagan o”h preformed my bris and my older brother chaims'(o”h) bris in 1957 and 1958 -i have acertificate signed by him
