Bio Information:
The Isidore Bloch’s Matzo Baker was located at 86-88 Hester Street on the Lower East Side of New York City.  It would appear, that in addition to being a partner, the bakery was under the supervision of  Rabbi Shlomo Mordecai Ziskind of Congregation Chevra Mikra Kodesh until his passing in 1898. Later the bakery was under the supervision of Rav Shmuel Tzvi Wein, Rosh Yeshiva at RIETS.
While the bakery was located on Hester Street distribution and sales were from locations on Eldridge Street and Grand Street.
