The Rav who arrived here from Ukraine, c.1900 was considered the first Breslover Mashpia on these shores. The Rav who had known Rebbe  Avraham b. Rebbe Nachman Chazan of Tulchin (1849-1917) author of Biur HaLikutim was an accomplished scholar and dedicated chossid.
