Is that definitely his picture? I was at his monument several months ago.
Does he have any descendants around.
Yes, I visited, and found out that you were there. I was curious. I left a message where you work, or is it worked. Never heard from you. How do you know my father. The head of the board of the cemetery related to me that you were visiting him. Looking forward to clearing up this mystery.
He came from Păușa Romania an outskirt of Grosswardein (Oradea), she was from unguraș, Romania an outskirt of Banya (Baia Mare)
Nathan (Nasan Nota) Klein (b. 21 February 1891, Pausa, Romania; d. 3 March 1946 (30 Adar 5706), Winsted, Connecticut) was a Rabbi and Shochet in Winsted, Connecticut. He first arrived in the United States on 29 December 1922. We believe that Rabbi Nathan Klein was the youngest of 17 children of Shlomo (Salamon) Klein (b. in Sanz (Neuszandecz; original family name may have been Traurig or Trauring; Shlomo had a brother Yaakov, who also moved to Pausa), son of Avraham Klein, d. Rabbi Nathan’s wife Bertha Klein’s maternal grandfather was Kasriel (son of Chaim Yosef Dov) Kahana Heller of Crasna, Romania (https://www.jewishgen.org/yizkor/pinkas_romania/rom2_00255.html).
