that he was a talmid of Reb Burech Ber of Kamentiz.
He had a son R’ Eliezer who served as a Rov in chicago for many years. He eventually moved to Boro Park in his old age when his wife went to a nursing home. He ate at my parents’ home every Thursday night. He was a great masmid and a Talmid of many great Roshei Yeshiva i.e. R’ Boruch Ber, R’ Aaron Kotler, R’ Y.C. Sonnenfeld and Rav Kook. He passed away on 13th of Tishrei either in 5742 or 5743
