    His shul was on 23 Sumner Ave. across the street of Woodhull hospital.

    I always wondered if his shul was still active in 5777 when he passed away.

    You can ask his son, R. Sholom Berman (aka Rabbi Saul Berman, former mara de’asra of Lincoln Square Synagogue).
