Rabbi Henry was born in London, England ordained by Rabbi Heschell and served as tutor for the Rothchild family.

Here is the source with a nice photo of Rabbi Henry:

He wrote many books in English, while he served in New York, Cincinnati and later in San Francisco, the titles are:

    1) DISCOURSES ON THE PRINCIPLES OF THE RELIGIOUS BELIEF OF ISRAEL

    2) THE FORM OF THANKSGIVING FOR JEWISH LADIES

    3) A SINOPSIS OF JEWISH HISTORY

    4) DISCOURSES ON THE BOOK OF GENESIS

They are available on Google books
