    He had a machlokes with the Avnei Nezer about hilchos tfillin and certain people were very upset about it. I think he was reburied on Har Hazeisim in the 70’s.

    He came to America with Rav Samson to collect money for Lomzhe Yeshiva. Rav Samson also stayed in America, he was a famed Mechanech in Baltimore.
