Rav in Rochester, NY
d. 1951
The Rav was born in Luna, a small village on the outskirts of Harodna, in 1874. As a young boy his father sent him to study at the yeshiva in Radin. The Rav was ordained by Rav Moshe Tzvi Valobronsky (son-in-law of the Aruch HaShulchan), Rav Mordechai Brif, Luna Rav, Rav Yitzchok Elchonon Specter, and many others. After serving in various small Russian towns the Rav settled in Rochester in 1899.
