Notes: It should be noted that Acacia, Bayside and Mokom Sholom are three independent cemeteries and while Acacia and Mokom Sholom are under the same management umbrella, Bayside is independently owned and operated. The cemeteries run along Pitkin and Liberty Av

Directions to Kever: The Monsey / Spring Valley Cemetery is located on Brick Church Road, right behind the Vishnitzer Cemetery. The cemetery is made up of different associations which are independently managed. Location: Ohel, (Looks similar to a tool shed) Left at the end of the main road up the hill, behind the Flatbush Squarer Ohel, The combo number is 1,2,3, relock when done.

Biographical Notes:

The Rebbe’s father-in-law, Rebbe Meyer Leifer, the Clevelander Rebbe is buried in Los Angeles.

    If I’m not mistaken, his son-in-law is R. Shmuel S. Rubin, Sulitzer Rebbe in Far Rockaway. (Not sure if Strozhnitz-Cleavland, is same as plain Strozhnitz.)

    Sorry, but you are mistaking, Rabbi Rubin is his brother in law.

    I believe the Sulitzer is the BIL of the present Clevelander Rebbe who lives in Ra’nana

    Rebbe Asher Mordechai Rosenbaum Zatzal was the brother of the Moshulayer Rebbe Rav Mayer of Boro Park Zatzal and lehavdil bein hechaim vehameisim the current Cleveland / Raanana Rebbe Shlita, and the Kalischer Rebbe of Flatbush, all four brothers are sons of the Strozhnitzer Rebbe Zatzal Rav Yissacher Ber. His only daughter married the Sulitza Rebbe Rav Subin Shlita of Far Rockaway NY.

    Today is his yartzeit. Huge Tzadik I have heard from numerous people the yeshias they see by his Tzion.

    I was at the kever today erev Rosh Chodesh. There was a large crowd of people there. Does anyone have or know of any stories about him? Are there any Divrei Torah published from him? A satmerer chasid once told me that the Clevelander Rebbe was a tremendous talmid chacham.

    Today was the strozhnitzer-clevelander rebbes yartzeit. Made it to the Tzion to be mispalel. Any info about this holy tzadik will be greatly appreciated. Where can someone get the seforim from him?

    His grandson Rav Panett here in Bet Shemesh prints his grandfather Rav Asher Mordechai Rosenbaum’s seforim anyone who wants to buy copies I can help you get them they are amazing also the seforim from his brothers the Mosholyer Rebbe Zatzal of Boro Park buried in Har HaZeisim and from their father the Strozhnizter Rebbe Divrei Yissacher and their brother in law Zatzal Sulitza Rebbe contact me be happy to help chassidusonline@gmail.com
