Bio Information:
Rabbi Hoffman, founder of The Orthodox, a newspaper serving the various orthodox communities throughout New York City also had a Yeshiva in Newark, New Jersey. In addition, he was the unofficial Rabbi and one of the founding members of Kahal Chareidim of the Lower East Side. There was also a branch in Williamsburgh. Kahal Chareidim was the group that brought the Tzehlimer Rav to these shores and opened the first strictly Cholov Yisroel Dairy in the United States known as Kahal Dairy.
