He purposed a mikva plan (high level) using tap water via pipes running underground which would allow for a Mikvia in every Jewish Home. While most disagreed with the plan a few big names did sign on to the idea. Among them were, Ramaz, Rav Album, Rav Velvel Margolis, and Rav Elchonon Jaffe. It would seem that the idea never got off the ground (no pun intended).
His book on Taharas Hamispcha guided many in a generation that had little knowledge or inspiration to use the mikveh as a connection to the Almighty.
