See article in Der Morgen zshurnal – דער מארגען זשורנאל, 23 December 1921,page 5 (on nli.org.il’s website) about when the Talna-Vizhnitzer Rebbe, Rav Motele Chordov, had just came to America after World War I, and Rav Efroim Shnuer (that’s how he spelled it on his stationary), a Vizhnitzer Chossid, spoke and appointed a commitee to help the Rebbe establish himself.
