Bio Information: 

Rav Rosenberg, an executive member of the Vaad Harabonim (Union of Orthodox Rabbis) came to the United States in 1920 from Poland. In addition, to Hartford the Rav served in Springfield and Holyoke, Massachusetts as well as Plainfield, New Jersey. He also authored Kur Mivchan
