The man marked (unknown) To the right of Rabbi Landinsky is Rabbi Chaim Yitzchak Poupko who learned in Radin and eventually became the menahel of Yeshivas Toras Chaim elementary school in East New York (a predecessor of South Shore).
According to https://he.wikipedia.org/wiki/ืืจืืื_ืื ืืื ืกืงื the date of Rav Landinsky’s petira was June 15, 1995 (17 Sivan, 5755).

…..Rav Landinsky was a close talmid of the Chofetz Chaim in Radin and his father (Rav Moshe) was a Ra”m in Radin. See the very interesting story in the Yiddish Vort article re: his tefillos when the Chofetz Chaim was very sick around 1928.
He went on to being instrumental along with Rav Mendel Zaks in founding the Radin yeshiva in New York after WW2.
Eventually he was Rosh Yeshiva of the Radin branch in Netanya until his final sickness, and was back in the USA for a bit (for medical reasons?) before he passed away. His levaya was in New York and he was buried in Israel.
Wondering if anyone knows the specific location of his kever in Israel.
He is buried in the Ponevezh Cemetery in Bnei Braq in front of the Ohel of the Alexander Rebber.
