Rav Pager was not the “Chief” rabbi in Keidan but the Assistant Rabbi there, he was still there in 1903, (according the writings in Hamelitz that year)
So he was actually here for a short while, in the link above it is mentioned that he wrote a few seforim that were never publishedץ
YD, any way to found out wether any his seforim were indeed published (aside from the Kisvei Yad, that obviously weren’t)?
According to cemetery records, he is listed as Meyer Prager, d. age 50.
Just found the marker of his grandchild, Mayer Prager in the Bereziner Section (Gate 354). There’s another marker with the name Pager/Paguer, possibly related. Here’s the link. http://s949.photobucket.com/user/aman51/media/Washing%20Cemetery%20-%20Prager/Image4_zpsb80e4fef.jpg.html?sort=3&o=4
