Rav Yerucham was an uncle of Rav Reuvain, not a brother. If you look at the pictures of the matzevos you will see that Rav Yerucham’s father was Rav Avrohom and Rav Reuvain’s father was Rav Chaim Yosef
Rabbi Reuvain Levovitz ZL was the father of my Rav in Lakewood, Harav Pesach Zecharia Levovitz.
