The Rav who was born in Kovna on 7 Av, 5608 studied in Kovno and Voloshin and was ordained by Rav Yistzchok Elchonon Spector. Upon arriving on these shores the Rav served at Congregations Anshei Emeth, Agudath Achim Chesed Shel Emeth, Anshei Makowa, and Anshei Kroz all in New York City.
