The mazal tov announcement is for Rabbi Gershon Neumann of Zichron Moshe on E. 19 Street, Manhattan.
Rabbi Neumann’s father in law, Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Rubin had a popular radio program and ran the House of Sages.
What was Rabbi Rosengarten’s role? From the announcement it sounds like he was part of a board of directors.
