Biographical Notes:

Rav Rosenblum who originatedĀ from Lomza studiedĀ Radin under RavĀ Naftoli Trop and later at the yeshiva in Novardok. In 1943, the Rav was among the over 400 Rabbanim and Admorim who onĀ Erev Yom KippurĀ marched on Washington, DC demanding that the Roosevelt administration help save the Jews of Europe.
