The Titchiner rebbe you refrenced was still alive in 1950-5610 when the Toldos Anshie Shem was printed.
While this marker is from 1930-5590, so this is not the Titchiner Rebbe.
The Titchiner Rebbe that this Rabbi/Mr. Nueman was a chosid of was the famous Rebb Reb Shlomo Leib Weinshelbaum of Titchin (near Rieshe in Galicia).
