Rabbi of the former Congregation Agudas Achim Anshei Mishnitz. (My grandfather is his grandson, and remembered it called “Mishnitzer Chevra” as well. It was located at 726 Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg, the building is still there but is now a church.
He was also affiliated to some extent with the Istriker Kehillah in New York. More likely because he was born in Lesko/Linsk, near Istrik. He was definitely a prominent member and possibly the rabbi at an earlier point.
