    While Rabbi Yerachmiel (Rachmiel) Kumin was married and living in Radin he was a personal secretary of the Chofetz Chaim. He eventually came to Brooklyn and was an executive secretary for the Radin yeshiva in New York.

    He is sitting in the right corner of the dais at a 1941 installation of Rabbi Moshe Soled in Brooklyn where many affiliated with Radin were in attendance (see the picture at https://kevarim.com/rabbi-moshe-salid/ and at https://goo.gl/photos/aipPGXoNwdqPuaaS8 ).
