good find, it appears from there that he was from Brooklyn, that is also what it written on all his manuscripts linked above, he served as a Rabbi in Brooklyn from 1905 till 1916.
However the Suvalker Shul was in NYC, where he was appointed Rabbi in 1916, appearently till his passing.
