Bio Information: 
The Rav was born in 1874 in a suburb of Harodna (Grodna, Belarus) to a family of rabbinic descent. After initially studying under his father who also served as the local Rav he went on to study in the yeshivo’s of Eishistok, Volozhin, and Slabodka. Rav Rubenstein considered Rav Yitzchak Blazer (Reb Itzele Peterburger) his primary teacher. The Rav was ordained by Rav Yaakov Tzvi Shapiro and Rav Yitzchak Yaacov Reines of Saukenai, Lithuania. Arriving in New York in 1903 the Rav was appointed Moreh Dasrah of Congregation Chai Adam Anshei Minsk before relocating to Providence, RI.
