Rav Rubenstein considered Rav Yitzchak Blazer (Reb Itzele Peterburger) his primary teacher. The Rav was ordained by Rav Yaakov Tzvi Shapiro and Rav Yitzchak Yaacov Reines of Saukenai, Lithuania. Arriving in New York in 1903 the Rav was appointed Moreh Dasrah of Congregation Chai Adam Anshei Minsk before relocating to Providence, RI.

can we see the front (Hebrew ) Kever??
This is all I got.
I just sent one with his name in Hebrew to Reb Baruch but the Hebrew part was covered with bushes.
Does anyone have any information about the yeshiva in Eishistok as to who was the Rosh Yeshivas est.?
And by the was he is one on mine!!!!!
In Eishishok there was no yeshiva, there was a famous “Kolel Prushim”. The Chofetz Chaim learned there in his youth, and so did many other gedolim. if I’m not mistaken, Reb Chaim Ozer also learned there in his early youth.
Seems he was one of the contributors to “Otzar Yisroel”. See here (toward the bottom of the first column): http://www.hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=2593&st=&pgnum=6&hilite=
