    Moshe Chaim Ephraim… Migeza Habesht… I would assume he descends from the Degel Machane Ephraim.

    I believe the last name is Weisbard.

    There’s no mention of him being a Rav unless the tablets and the lions are commonly engraved on Rabbinic markers.

    The hebrew abbreviation before his name is a rabbinical title

    Arye, No מוהר”ר is a regular simple title for a בעה”ב.

    It would appear that his son was married to the Miropoler Rebbe’s daughter. In that case, his last name was Weisberg.

    Isaac (Yitzhok) Weisberg was married to the Miropoler Rebbe’s daughter, Edith. Sadly, they only had one son who died very young.
