It appears from some searches ib Sefarim, that he served as Rav first in Harlem and the in the Adas Yeshurin of the Bronx.

Schedrin was a small Chabad Yishuv in White Russia. It was founded by the third Lubavicther Rebbe the Tzemach Tzedek on land he bought from a Russian landowner.
My grandmother was born there.

Prior to coming to New York he was a Rav in Lynn, Massachusetts.

MBD,
I now found that his son Yehudah was the president of Cong. Anshi Sefard in Lynn, Mas.

My great-grandfather, alav hasholom. Came to this country to be the chief rabbi of Lynn Mas. (we have a copy of a letter from the Mayor of Lynn inviting him). He had 4 sons and a daughter, Goldie Leff (my grandmother, aleha hashalom). I remember him when I was a little boy (he never spoke English, just Yiddish).

Forgot this piece: After Lynn, he became the rav of Harlem, and then a shul in the Bronx, which I believe was Adas Yeshurin.

He and his wife Alta Sarah Ethel had five children, four sons and a daughter.
His daughter (the youngest) Pesha Golda married Dr Max Leff and had two children a son and daughter. The son has three children and four grandchildren. The daughter has three sons and eight grandchildren. All of these children and grandchildren and greatchildren were (and are) Yeshiva educated.
