Rabbi Wolf Leiter the famous Rav of Pitssburgh PA, was a grand-son of Reb Dovid Dov Leiter of Zvalov, who was the father of this Rav.

So he was an uncle for the Pitssburgher Rav.

(BTW where is the Pitsburgher Rav buried?)

Pitsburger Rav’s father was Nasan Neta of Lvov(this Rav’s brother)

There are other Leiters buried at Mount Zion (posted on this sight) are they all related?

They are all related. They share a common ancestor, Rav Shalom Leiter. Rav Yechiel Leiter was his son and Rav Moshe was his son. The Pittsburger Rav is likewise descened from Rav Shalom the Rav Dovid Dov Leiter, another son of Rav Shalom.
