Bio Information:
Rav Sobel was also the Moreh Dasrah of Mesivta Tiferes Jerusalem prior to the arrival of Rav Moshe Feinstein in the late 1930’s. The Rav had a brother in New York, Rav Shmuel Dovid who authored Migdal Dovid on Shir HaShirim (Song of Songs).

Rav Shmuel Dovid is buried not far from his brother at Union Field.
That is my great grandfather ! My grandfather was Jacob Sobel and my father Stanley Sobel. Moshe is buried with his son who died within days of my great grandfather.
The Rav passed away a day later (the son Dov was 14), they share a stone.
