Where was he from? I remember reading in one of the Yizkor books a lot about him there’s suppose to be a very long biography on him in there.

No, that one didnt leave any children, wehreas the one mentioned in the Biography (linked above) is mentioned with his two sons; Eluzer Moshe and Eliezer.

There was a Rabbi Rosenblum who thought at Rabbi Shlomo Kluger’s for a number of years as well
