    He was originally from England he first came to the Barbados and from there to Philadelphia in 1824 where he served Mikveh Yisroel till his passing in 1828.

    Here is a Kesubah which he signed as the officiator of the wedding of Gumpel and Bluma Rosengarten in 1827:
