Rabbi Avrohom Betzalel Epstein was my great grandfather. His father was the Rabbi Zvi Yaakov Epstein buried in Rochester NY. His last surviving child, my grandmother, Esther Epstein Fish, died in 2003. He was a rabbi in Estonia before coming to America (Cincinnati), whether he was chief rabbi of Estonia, I can’t say. If interested, you may contact me for more biographical information.
Just found through Ancestry that he married one of my grandmother’s sister
