Bio Information:
Rav Rosenbaum, a  talmid  (student) of the Tzemach Tzedek of Lubavitch and a chossid of the Maharash and the Rashab was considered  a tremendous gaon. After his release form jail in Russia for helping Jews evade the army he fled to the United States.  While based in New York he spent some time in  New Haven, CT where his children lived.
