Rav Abraham Geiger was my great uncle. He was highly regarded by my family and was considered to be a holy man. Abraham and his family were saved from the Shoah through the efforts of his brother Chaskel Geiger and by his niece and her husband in New York. I am so happy that this site is set up to honor rabbis so people learn more and not forget them.
his name is just avrum nor avrum yitzchok
