    The Rav’s brother Rabbi Dr. Tzemach Rabbiner writes some biographical facts on his brother in his Sefer Divrie Hesped. (avilable at Hebrew books).http://www.hebrewbooks.org/24021

    Their third brother was Rabbi Mordechai Yizchok Eizik Rabinowitz of Mammel, Lithuania.

    I am not sure if the Sefer Ner Binyamin from Rabbi Niyamin Bienish Rabbiner, is the same person, would anyone know?

    את הספר נר בנימין, חיבר ש”ב ר’ בנימין רבינר אב”ד שימבורג [אביו של ר’ זאב אריה] חתן ר’ יחזקאל רבינר, שהוא היה נכד לר’ מרדכי אב”ד בויסק, זקינו של ר’ בנימין בייניש דנן.

    תודה ר’ בנימין,
    אבל חסר לי הסדר, אז ר’ בנימין רבינר משימבורג היה חתן ר’ יחזקאל רבינר, ור’ יחזקאל היה נכד ר’ מרדכי מבוסק.

    האם החתן והחותן היו קרובים או שהחתן סיבב שמו לשם משפחת חותנו?

    ובכלל מה יודע על ר’ מרדכי מבויסק הנ”ל שזכה לנכדים הכי מפורסמים?

    נראה לי, שר’ בנימין אב”ד שימבורג, לקח את שם משפחת חותנו.

    ר’ מרדכי מבויסק חיבר שו”ת גדולת מרדכי.

    ר’ זאב אריה רבינר, משך ידו בעט וכתב ספרים רבים, חלקם תורניים, וחלקם ספרות ביוגרפית לתולדות רבנים.

    כבוד הרב בנימין

    כפי מה שנכתב שם הסדר הוא כדלהלן, לר’ מרדכי ב”ר אברהם רבינר אב”ד בוסק בעמח”ס גדולת מרדכי היה שני בנים; ר’ אברהם מו”ץ דשם ור’ בנימין בינוש.

    לרב”ב בינוש רבינר היה ג’ בנים ובת אחת; ר’ דובער (אביו של ר’ בינוש זלקינד הזה, ושל דר. צמח רבינר ור’ מרדכי אייזיק ראבינוביץ אב”ד ליגום וסלנט) ר’ צבי ליפא (אבי ר’ בנימין משימבורג אביו של ר’ זאב ארי’) ור’ יחזקאל (שכנראה השתדך עם אחיו ולקח את ר’ בנימין משימבורג בן אחיו כחתן לבתו)
