The Rebbe arrived on these shores in 1914 and managed to bring over his family a number of years later in 1918. He passed away c. 1920 after contracting the Spanish flu.
His son Rav Tzvi Aryeh is listed as well:

He was my great grandfather. Herman (tzvi aryeh) was my grandfather.
He was my grandfather, and I contacted his descendants to Join to repair and restore His ohel, pictured here. I visit every year…of course I never met him but he is well loved.
The actual place where he is buried is locked although there is a little peice of mitzive outside of the building
