Bio Information: 
Rav Kaganoff was a talmid of both the Yeshivos of Navardok and Slobodka. He received semicha from Rav Issur Zalman Meltzer, Rav Moshe Mordechai Epstein, Rav Baruch Ber Lebowitz, and others. Rabbi Kaganoff gave the highest shiur in the Yeshiva and was known to be a very tough bochen.
