I’m not sure that this website is being followed anymore, however I am his great granddaughter. I have been researching information about him and this is how I came to this site. If you can pass any information to me that would be great and if I can provide you with any information I would be happy to do that too.

Does anyone has information on his family?
I saw on family search that his wife was Bessie Kaufman born in 1902. That was for sure his second wife, as when he he became Rav in Anativka in 1913 his uncle Reb Efraim Kovalanko placed and ad in the Hamodia newspaper and he mentions that Reb Dovid is the SIL of his BIL.

    Hi Sharon,
Rabbi Dovid Kaminker’s sister, Hodel, married my grandfather, Chaim Yisroel Bardinstein of Zhitomir. She brought up five orphaned children and had two of her own. In 1921 she made Aliyah to Palestine. She and Chaim Yisroel ben Dovid are buried in Nahlat Yitschak Cemetery, Tel Aviv, Israel.
