Bio Note:
The Rav Kramer ย married the daughter of great philanthropist Reb Shraga Frank of Kovno, Lithuania. Reb Shraga had four famous son-in-lawas, the other three were Rav Moshe Mordechai Epstein of Slobodka and later Chevron, Rav Isser Zalman Meltzer of Slutsk, Rav Baruch Hurwitz of Alexot,ย Lithuania and later Rosh Yeshivah in Slobodka. The Rav’s daughter marriedย Rav Yaakov Yitzchok Halevi Ruderman, Rosh Yeshiva of Ner Yisroel, Baltimore.
