Bio Information:
The Rav, a chossid of Rebbe Moshe Halberstam of Shiniv was born in the town of Belz. He married the daughter of Rebbe Yosef Chaim Glantz, the brother in law of the Sar Shalom of Belz. In 1910 he moved to New York.
